Our consultancy work is typically a little more hands-on. We draw from our direct experience in management and operations to support the needs of the business AND the owner/management. And we typically take a 'project' approach; that is, a relatively short, defined timeline with mutually agreeable deliverables and metrics.

While not often, we have taken on fractional or short-term management assignments.
We can also lead these activities - deal packaging to deal 'shopping' to deal management. We (strongly) favor STRATEGIC M&A; that is, we believe - in most cases - the best deal is one that is based upon broad, long-term business outcomes, not (just) near-term investor returns.
We have raised capital for many projects, clients and deals. We'll always spend time with research, and then discuss with our clients our recommendations based upon market conditions, as well as predicted outcomes, and how all of that aligns with business & ownership objectives and desired results.
